  • Ed Falsetti

    CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

    Ed has specialized in selling electronic products in Northern California for over 40 years. He received a BSME from UCSB in 1984, then worked at Lockheed as a Systems Engineer. In 1986 he moved into Sales at M/A-Com, selling high speed and analog products. Ed joined RFAN in Field Sales in 1990, became Vice President in 1998, then President in 2013 and CEO in 2025. Ed works with Scott to manage the team while also calling on accounts.

  • Scott Schneider

    PRESIDENT

    Scott joined RFAN in September of 2022. Scott was promoted to President of RFAN in December of 2025. Previously Scott worked as Vice President at Disman Bakner for the previous 7 years. Prior to that, Scott was a professional Baseball player with the St Louis Cardinals.

    Scott received his BSME from Santa Clara University

  • Jeanette O'Flaherty

    VICE PRESIDENT

    Jeanette was promoted to Vice President in March of 2022. She joined RF Associates North in March of 2019. Jeanette worked previously at Broadcom for 7 years where she managed over $2 Billion in Channel Business. Prior to Broadcom/Avago she worked at NetLogic for 3 years. Jeanette worked at Norcomp as their Distribution Sales Manager from 1990-1998.

    Jeanette has a BS in Marketing from Santa Clara University.

  • Michael Crisafulli

    VICE PRESIDENT

    Michael joined RFAN in September of 2022. Michael was previously Vice President at Disman Bakner for the prior 11 years. Previous to Disman Bakner, Michael worked at CEL (GM) and Liteon in Silicon Valley. Michael is a CA native and grew up in the Valley.

    Michael has a BSEE from Santa Clara University.

RFAN is a Technical Manufacturer’s rep organization serving the Northern California territory for over half a century.  RFAN's team of 16 people is constantly developing new business in emerging markets of Automotive, Commercial, Consumer, Datacenter, Enterprise, Medical, IoT, Industrial, Mil/Aero and Telecom.

All of our Outside Field Sales Staff have earned an Engineering Degree. Our Sales team has an average of twenty plus years of hardware design and program management experience.  Our Sales team offer our customers and manufacturers a high level of technical applications and project support.
